Material Safety Data Sheets

 

In accordance to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(6) Laboratories that ship hazardous chemicals are considered to be a distributor and must ensure that any container of hazardous chemicals leaving the laboratory are labeled and that Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are provided. In accordance with this OSHA requirement all MSDS’s of current specimen collection chemicals are available through Bako Pathology Services website.
